Your Financial Aid Disbursement Options

The Contra Costa Community College District together with the three colleges, Contra Costa College, Diablo Valley College, and Los Medanos College have entered into a contract with to disburse student financial aid.
When it comes to deciding how you receive your funds, you deserve choices! So, take a few minutes to review your options, and choose the one that best fits you.
All students MUST select a refund delivery preference to receive their scheduled disbursements as quickly as possible.
  • Electronic Deposit to your personal bank account (ACH)

    Money is transferred to your existing bank account the same business day BankMobile receives the funding from your school. Typically, it takes up to 1-2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the funds to your account. When selecting this option please have your bank routing number and account number available.

  • Electronic Deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Account

    If you open a (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school. A guide to services and fees can be found at . Get started at http://bankmobilevibe.com

  • Paper Check through US Postal mail

    Money is disbursed by check to the mailing address you specify or have on record with your school. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS delivery times.

You can select your refund (disbursement) preference by completing just a few steps.

  1. Login into the Insite App using your student credentials or go to https://m.4cd.edu.

  2. Select the Financial Aid tile:

  3. Select My FA Disbursements option from the following menu:

  4. Choose BankMobile - First Time Setup option:

  5. Complete the requested information and click submit.
