Administrative Services

The Administrative Services department is responsible for the management and oversight of the financial and capital resources of the District, audit services, and the review of District business policies, procedures, and functions. The unit includes the Facilities Planning, Finance Services, Internal Audit Services, Payroll Services, Police Services and Purchasing departments which provide the follwing services:

  • Budget & Financial Forecasting
  • Contract Services (Business Contracts)
  • Risk Management (General Liability)
  • Business Process Training
