The Annual Report to the Community for 2009 has arrived!! The report shows the progress the District has made during the past year in completing facilities investments approved by the voters as part of the bond measures. It makes transparent how the District is spending Measure A (2002) and Measure A (2006) bond funds, and provides a citizens’ review that substantiates spending is consistent with the original bond intent.
