Agendas, Minutes & Minutes Indexes

Governing Board agendas from January 24, 1949, to January 28, 1998, are unavailable for web-site viewing. However, beginning February 11, 1998, the Contra Costa Community College District’s Governing Board agendas are available for viewing. Governing Board agendas from July 2002 forward represent the Official Agenda, which records the date, approval status, and appropriate signature stamp of the official action taken at the meeting for each Board Report.

Governing Board minutes, a reflection of actions taken at each meeting, are available from the first Governing Board meeting on January 24, 1949, to the present day. The condition of minutes from earlier years may be poor as original documents are faded, taped, torn, crooked or otherwise disfigured.

The indexes for the Governing Board minutes are organized by fiscal year and function as a table of contents to the Board minutes. When navigating the index, click on the minutes page number to the right to link to the actual page in the Board minutes. Current-day indexes include all Board reports presented to the Board; however, indexes for the earlier years oftentimes omitted Board reports and actual meeting dates. In order to provide a link to the minutes, the earlier indexes have been adjusted to include a meeting date so that the viewer has an avenue to the actual minutes. Once linked to the minutes, bookmarks are available within the minutes for convenience in locating specific information.
