4CD has selected Dr. Monica Chahal as the 9th President of Diablo Valley College.

4CD has announced Los Medanos College’s (LMC) Lawrence Punsalang as the 2025 4CD Classified Employee of the Year. Lawrence was also the recipient of the first Annual LMC President’s Classified Professional Exemplary Leadership and Service Award.
