At the heart of our organization is a steadfast commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. As a collective of three vibrant colleges, we proudly serve nearly 50,000 students — many from historically underserved and underrepresented backgrounds. Our mission is rooted in social justice, and we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to fully participate in our society and institutions
We employ passionate, visionary individuals who bring enthusiasm, expertise, and a sense of social responsibility to this vital work. Our team is dedicated to advancing equitable academic success and closing opportunity gaps, ensuring that all students can thrive and achieve their highest potential.
We celebrate the remarkable diversity within our community, honor each person’s unique experiences, and practice inclusive decision-making. Together, we are forging a path toward social and economic mobility, creating environments where everyone can belong, contribute, and succeed. Welcome to a community where your voice matters.
