Purpose

In alignment with the District’s Strategic Plan, Chancellor’s Cabinet ensures the sustainability of our District to educate all students effectively and equitably. Chancellor’s Cabinet members lead in empowering and meeting the needs of our diverse communities in partnership with classified professionals, faculty, and other managers as we achieve the mission of the 4CD.

Vision

The Chancellor’s Cabinet exemplifies inclusive, transparent, and equity-centered decision-making, recognizing that the needs of students are paramount, while taking into consideration the perspectives of faculty, classified professionals, managers, students, and the diverse communities we serve. As a student-centered and equity-minded team of leaders, we make forward-thinking decisions that are fact-based, data-informed, and systems-oriented. Above all, we strive to exhibit and embody the courage required to innovate and change in service of our purpose, and to earn the respect and trust of those we serve.
