The Colleges and District Facts offer data regarding student headcount, enrollment figures, and a variety of outcomes, such as course success rates disaggregated by race and ethnicity. These facts are updated annually in July, providing a current overview of the Colleges’ and District’s status. Data includes information from the prior academic year as well as a trailing three-year average, which is calculated from the three years preceding the reporting year

This data encompasses the following categories:

  • Student headcount

  • Student enrollment

  • Persistence rates for first-time students from fall to spring

  • Course success rates

  • Total number of awards granted

  • Number of students transferring to four-year universities

  • Percentage of students achieving a regional living wage

Most metrics are broken down by:

  • Race and ethnicity

  • Age group

  • Gender

  • First-generation status

  • Veteran status
